Right of Withdrawal

1. No Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products. Please note that no right of withdrawal exists for products that are custom-made or individually tailored to the customer’s specifications. According to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and §312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and which are produced according to the consumer’s individual choice or specification, or which are clearly personalized. This means: Once we begin producing an item made specifically to your request (e.g. individual measurements, color, material, personalization, or design wishes), the order can no longer be canceled or withdrawn.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products (if applicable). If we occasionally offer non-customized, ready-made products, the following statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies:​ You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

2.1. Consequences of Withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2.2. Withdrawal Form. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send us the withdrawal notice via email. Please include the following information in your message, please send your email with this information to info@fourpawstwohands.com.

  1. Order Number – The number assigned to your order.

  2. Order Date – The date you placed your order.

  3. Product/Service – The name of the product or service you wish to withdraw from.

  4. Invoice Number (if applicable) – To help identify your order.

  5. First and Last Name – Your full name so we can correctly identify your withdrawal.

  6. Address – Your full address to clearly identify your order.

  7. Email Address – The email address where we can reach you.

  8. Phone Number (optional) – In case we need to contact you for clarifications.

3. Additional Note. Because our products are handmade and custom-made to order, we kindly ask that all inquiries and orders be submitted by email.Upon confirmation, we will again clearly inform you that custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
